Printhub Malta

Legal

Terms & Conditions

The basis on which we quote, produce and deliver print and signage. Last updated October 2026.

1. Who we are

These terms apply to orders placed with Printhub Malta ("Printhub", "we", "us") at printhub.mt, by phone, by email or through a quote we issue.

Our production facility is Warehouse 24, Triq Il-Kummerc, Zone 5, Central Business District, Qormi CBD 5050, Malta. You can reach us on +356 27040701 or info@printhub.mt.

2. Quotes, orders and acceptance

A quote is valid for 30 days unless it states otherwise. An order is accepted when you place it online, or when we confirm a written acceptance of your order or purchase order.

Any change requested after an order is placed (quantities, materials, finishing, artwork) is a new instruction and may change the price and the delivery date. We will confirm any change in writing before production continues.

3. Prices, VAT and payment

Prices are shown in euro. VAT is charged at the Maltese standard rate of 18% and is added at checkout unless stated otherwise.

Card payments are taken securely at checkout through Stripe. Business accounts may check out by invoice: we issue the invoice after the order is confirmed and it is settled by card from your dashboard. Production starts once the payment for the order is cleared.

Delivery is charged at €15 + VAT for Malta-wide delivery. Collection from our Qormi workshop is free. Where a minimum order value or delivery charge applies, it is shown before you confirm your order.

4. Turnaround and delivery dates

Turnaround is counted in working days and excludes weekends and public holidays. Our standard service is 10 to 15 working days, priority is 5 to 10 working days and express is 3 to 5 working days; some large format, signage and installation work depends on scheduling and site access.

All dates given are estimates and are subject to change with production volume. They are not a guaranteed delivery date unless we have confirmed a fixed date in writing. Where a date is critical (an event, an opening, a launch), tell us in writing and we will confirm whether it can be met.

5. Artwork and print-ready files

You are responsible for the content, accuracy and print-readiness of the artwork you supply. We accept PNG, JPG, BMP, SVG, TIFF, PDF, AI and EPS files at 300 DPI minimum, in CMYK, with 3mm bleed and a 3mm safe area for cut-to-size products.

Artwork supplied below these specifications may print differently to what you expect. We may refuse to run a file that is not print-ready, or offer a paid file-check and artwork service to prepare it. Files you upload remain yours; by uploading you confirm you have the right to reproduce the content.

6. Proofs, colour and materials

Where a proof is issued, production follows the approved proof. Please check spelling, contact details, sizes and colours carefully before approving.

Printing is a physical process: small variation in colour, cutting position, lamination and material finish is normal and within industry tolerances. Colour produced on screen will not match printed colour exactly, and reprints on a different material or press run may vary slightly.

7. Cancellation and changes

You can cancel free of charge before production starts. To cancel, contact us in writing with your order number as soon as possible.

Once production has started, a job is made specifically for you and cannot be cancelled; where we can stop a run, we will confirm in writing what has already been produced and what can be credited.

8. Quality issues, reprints and refunds

Please inspect your order when you receive it. If something is not right, tell us within 7 days of collection or delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue.

Where an order does not meet the specification you approved, or arrives faulty or damaged, we will reprint, credit or refund it. Our full position is set out in our Refunds & Returns policy.

9. Limitation of liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profit, missed events or loss of business, except where the law does not allow us to limit that liability.

We are not responsible for delays or failures outside our reasonable control, including supplier delays, power or network outages, and extreme weather.

10. Business accounts and invoices

Business accounts are invoiced instead of paying by card at checkout. Invoices are settled by card from your dashboard, and production starts once the invoice is cleared. We may suspend work on later orders while an invoice remains unpaid.

Please give us your company name, and VAT number where applicable, when you register or at checkout so the invoice is issued correctly.

11. Your data

We use the details you give us to produce, deliver and invoice your order, and to support you afterwards. How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malta and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the Maltese courts. If you are a consumer, this does not affect your statutory rights.
